Rebecca "Becky" Millikin aka Rebecca Hill whose last known address is 611 Princeton Dr., Apt. 10, Clarksville, IN 47120 but whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on April 21, 2026, Plaintiffs, filed a Complaint for Will Contest in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2026 CV 00040, praying for an order that the purported Last Will and Testament of Ellen Millikin, deceased, dated April 21, 2025 is not the valid and controlling Last Will and Testament of Ellen Millikin and is therefore null, void and invalid; that an Order issue for an award of attorney's fees and costs and for any other and further just and equitable relief as this Court deems just and equitable based upon the law, facts and equities of the case.

DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL

Plaintiffs hereby demand a trial by jury with the maximum number of jurors permitted by law.

Said above named defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 9th day of July 2026.
